You'll manage high daily budgets across multiple business opportunity and info product offers. This isn't set-it-and-forget-it media buying. You're inside the account daily, working with our creative team on what to test next, killing losers fast, and scaling winners before the window closes. You'll have full visibility into backend ROAS and lead quality scores, not just front-end CPL.
You'll own the creative ideation process. That means competitive research on Foreplay, concept development using our internal frameworks, writing creative briefs for the writing and editing team, and leading weekly learning reviews to extract patterns from performance data. You need to think in angles, hooks, and awareness levels, not just "make a nice ad."
You'll write ad scripts, VSL copy, email sequences, and landing pages across multiple offers. Everything you write gets tested with real traffic and real money, so you'll see exactly what converts and what doesn't. If you love writing and want actual performance feedback instead of "the client liked it," this is the role.
You'll edit talking head videos, UGC-style content, b-roll compilations, screen recordings, and text-on-screen ad formats. This is high-volume work. We produce 10-15 variations a week and you'll be responsible for turning scripts and raw footage into scroll-stopping ads that feel native to the feed.
You'll be on our internal sales floor working with warm leads from our paid traffic. Your job is to qualify prospects, identify their situation, and book the right people onto calls with our closers. You'll have full visibility into which traffic sources and creatives are driving your leads.
You'll close high-ticket coaching and program sales on scheduled calls. Leads come pre-qualified from our setting team, so you're not cold calling. You'll handle objections, structure payment plans, and close deals ranging from $2K to $8K+.
