You'll manage high daily budgets across multiple business opportunity and info product offers. This isn't set-it-and-forget-it media buying. You're inside the account daily, working with our creative team on what to test next, killing losers fast, and scaling winners before the window closes. You'll have full visibility into backend ROAS and lead quality scores, not just front-end CPL.

What we need to see

Managed $5K+/day personally on Meta (not just assisted)
Experience with info products, biz opp, or lead gen offers
Can articulate a creative testing framework, not just button-pushing
Thinks in terms of backend ROAS, not just CPL
Can walk us through your diagnostic process when CPL spikes 40% overnight

You'll own the creative ideation process. That means competitive research on Foreplay, concept development using our internal frameworks, writing creative briefs for the writing and editing team, and leading weekly learning reviews to extract patterns from performance data. You need to think in angles, hooks, and awareness levels, not just "make a nice ad."

What we need to see

Deep understanding of direct response psychology and audience awareness levels
Can break a winning ad into its components: hook, mechanism, proof, CTA
Experience producing at volume (not just 2-3 "campaigns" a quarter)
Familiarity with Foreplay, ad spy tools, and competitive analysis methods
Can explain how you'd extend a winning creative's lifespan through systematic variation

Direct Response Copywriter

Write ads, VSLs, emails, and landing pages that convert

You'll write ad scripts, VSL copy, email sequences, and landing pages across multiple offers. Everything you write gets tested with real traffic and real money, so you'll see exactly what converts and what doesn't. If you love writing and want actual performance feedback instead of "the client liked it," this is the role.

What we need to see

Portfolio of direct response copy (not blog posts, not brand copy)
Can write at a 4th-7th grade reading level without it sounding dumb
Understands hook structures, open loops, and emotional triggers
Comfortable writing 4+ ad script variations per concept per week
Familiar with the info/biz opp space

Video Editor

High-volume ad creative editing across formats

You'll edit talking head videos, UGC-style content, b-roll compilations, screen recordings, and text-on-screen ad formats. This is high-volume work. We produce 10-15 variations a week and you'll be responsible for turning scripts and raw footage into scroll-stopping ads that feel native to the feed.

What we need to see

Portfolio of performance ad content (not music videos, not wedding films)
Proficient in Premiere, CapCut, or both
Can edit a 60-second ad from raw footage in under 2 hours
Understands pacing for ads: fast hooks, visual proof, clean CTAs
Comfortable working inside a pipeline system with structured handoffs

Appointment Setter

Qualify leads and book calls for the closing team

You'll be on our internal sales floor working with warm leads from our paid traffic. Your job is to qualify prospects, identify their situation, and book the right people onto calls with our closers. You'll have full visibility into which traffic sources and creatives are driving your leads.

What we need to see

Experience setting appointments for high-ticket info products or coaching
Can qualify prospects without being pushy or scripted-sounding
Comfortable with volume: 40-60+ conversations daily
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking workflows

High-Ticket Closer

Close coaching and program sales on the phone

You'll close high-ticket coaching and program sales on scheduled calls. Leads come pre-qualified from our setting team, so you're not cold calling. You'll handle objections, structure payment plans, and close deals ranging from $2K to $8K+.

What we need to see

Proven close rate above 15% on high-ticket offers
Experience closing info products, coaching, or consulting
Comfortable structuring payment plans and handling money objections
Can articulate your sales framework and why it works
